1. Order Policy

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options.

2. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across Tamil Nadu and other states within India.

3. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged or leaked during transit

If your order falls under the above criteria, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

4. Refund Process

If eligible, your refund will be processed as:

  • Replacement product (preferred)
  • Or refund to original payment method (in select cases)

Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Claims made after 2 days of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product’s usability
  • Dislike of scent, texture, or results (as effects vary by individual skin/hair type)
