3. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged or leaked during transit
If your order falls under the above criteria, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
4. Refund Process
If eligible, your refund will be processed as:
- Replacement product (preferred)
- Or refund to original payment method (in select cases)
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Opened or used products
- Claims made after 2 days of delivery
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product’s usability
- Dislike of scent, texture, or results (as effects vary by individual skin/hair type)
